TPO Roofing System

TPO has become a common choice for building owners and contractors because it can be quick to install and is often more affordable by the square foot than PVC single-ply systems. TPO being a reflective white material, gives it a much higher ability to deflect heat and conserve energy than many traditional roofing materials in the Florida sun.

TPO stands for thermoplastic polyolefin, (a single-ply roofing membrane which covers the roof surface). The product isn't plastic, TPO is one of a couple types of rubber, typically a blend of polypropylene and ethylene-propylene rubber.
